App UI is terrible to navigate. No way to easily add or update payment methods, let alone the alerts section where you can't delete them without going into each individually. Can't view details of bills without downloading them either. Just absolutely clunky and unhelpful, but is about the only way to pay without fees, so here we are.

Terrible. The auto-fill on bill pay doesn't work correctly. It auto-fills, and then won't accept the info until you retype it. The search fields (for address, state, city) turn into drop menus mid typing. It you auto-fill your card info, it changes your payment amount to your ccv. Poorly developed and super frustrating to use.

Horrible. The app does not actually report back to their systems when you pay on your bill through it. It is a waste of time to even have on your phone. Don't waste your storage space for it. Easier to take the few minutes out of your day and pay at their kiosk or even in person.
