Garbage app. Randomly decided my main credit card is expired, which it's NOT (not by a few years!) And also won't let me make any transactions with any other cards. "Acquire Decline", even though all my cards have more than sufficient balance to cover the attempted transaction. And when it does work, it says there's an error and that it failed... only to discover upon refreshing the app that the first transaction actually DID work, and now I'm subscribed to two promos. FIX YOUR GARBAGE APP.

Sorry for the trouble, Zeki. We encourage you to uninstall and re-install the app. Clear cache can also help. Please make sure that your app is up to date. Not isolated but has happened a few times already - when you pay via the app, it sometimes says the transaction failed, so you repeat the payment process. You will later see that both transactions were actually successful, so you paid twice. * In response to smart UX team reply to my comment above: you are asking for too much work from my end. As it was a credit card payment, it will be time for my next month's billing before you are even able to reverse that. Take it as advance for next bill

Suddenly stopped accepting payments for my bill when it was working just fine for months. I've been trying to pay my bill for a few days now and I'm always getting a "payment failed" with no explanation why or even a contact info for customer service. I can use my credit card just fine so there is no issue there. Then they add an additional charge for the bill being late.
