CS needs to use a better developer. I was at CS Jelita trying to pay, but had to reregister with a pin just to open the app. Why? Probably because of an update! Not necessary if you know how to do it. It was really inconvenient as I was in a rush And people were queuing (because of an insufficient number of checkouts). Poor app equals customer lost. [Note: I don't want to hear "sorry for the inconvenience, we will improve" Too little too late.

Customer Service name Betty is totally useless and giving me wrong informations. I hit the target of $300 spending but did not receive any Bonus Points which should be credited to me latest within 14 days. Spent above $1K from 18.06.2025-24.07.2024 and no Bonus Points! And the most confusing is when Betty (CS) said that Bonus Points will be awarded after 60 DAYS. It's totally confusing.... Betty has also did not apologize personally after giving me the wrong informations.

Keeps saying "There was a problem connecting. Try again later.". Yeah, incompetent programmers. Can't redeem anything as a result. Try that on another phone and no issues. Is the Samsung Note 20 Ultra outdated already such that this app don't support it?
