App is terrible. no phone number listed under "contact us," not that it matters anyway as it would be a miracle if you got an actual human to answer. Just constant run arounds of press this nunber and oress that number. Never an optin to soeak to an actual human. App doesn't load documents all the way. I had to email it to myself just to view all pages. also, if you want to review your absences, the notification tells you to "view absences," but nothing loads.

was in the middle of filing a claim, and got booted out saying "we're sorry, we can't save your progress at this time". When I followed the link to return to the dashboard and restart, it took me to the log in page. From there Everytime I enter my login info, it just reloads the log in page. Makes an annoying process worse

Some parts of this app work well. trying to see documents that are sent to you are nearly or are impossible! you cant scroll down to the next page. I dont understand why they encourage you to use the app when your on hold with them on a phone call. please fix this. I've sent multiple documents, from Drs notes, to bills all proffs of illness, If you call the phone number provoded you neverget to speak to a human, you get 2 options only. Forget about getting a payment. app is trash and so is unum.
