The Hum app lets you:

Use GPS to find any of your Hum-equipped cars when you need to.
Check your car’s health from your smartphone and detect issues before you hit the road.
Connect to a certified mechanic for unbiased advice.
Review your vehicle’s location history and detailed stats by trip, such as average and max speed, mileage, fuel usage, trip time and idle time.
Connect with emergency services and have them dispatch help, even if you don’t respond to an agent.
Request help 24/7 for flat tires, dead batteries, lockouts and tows—and then watch the map to track the service provider’s progress to your location.
Capture data on driving events—acceleration, speed, braking and cornering—to help you understand and modify your behavior, or coach others to become safer drivers.
Stay on top of routine maintenance by reminding you when it’s time for an oil change, tire rotation or other service.

Awesome app I have been using Hum since 1/7/20 I have never had any problems with any part of it. Whether it's the app or the devices that go in my vehicle's they all work flawlessly. I have three separate units on different vehicles. I even use them for diagnosing things when fixing them. It has saved one vehicle from catastrophic overheating when the warning lights didn't work. Every aspect of it is used, and I would recommend it to anyone. I put it on my wife and daughter's cars as well.

Decent app, could use an update on timing, since it's always off by an hour. Should pull up and record more information such as, exact speed every second or minute, location, G-forces, along with data from the onboard computer. Call quality on the device is not all that great, and battery life could be improved as well. If you want to pay Verizon to track your car's location and send you a bunch of useless ads, then this app is for you.

Very unreliable as to the parked location of the vehicle. Approximately 50% of the time, the "parked" location is incorrect often by miles. Sometimes the driving history or navigation location may be correct. My average waiting time to speak to a customer service representative was approximately 15 minutes. I do not have confidence in the functionalities of it and as a Verizon shareholder believe that this was not a good investment. I have OnStar on another vehicle and it is very reliable.
