JS Zindagi App Review: A Step Backwards with 2.0. As a long-time user of the JS Zindagi app, I was excited to try out the new 2.0 version. However, my experience has been a major disappointment. The once sleek and intuitive user interface (UI) has been replaced with a cluttered and confusing design. The icons are not only unattractive but also difficult to understand, making navigation a chore. One of the key features of the app, the Z miles tracker, is no longer working.

I would not recommend using zindigi app. I ordered their card and after many tries of doing biometric registration due to their poor service and management. I finally did it. When I tried using card on atm it didn't work. When I messaged their customer service. They didn't responded for a long time. The customer support is so frustrating.

I had high hopes for the Zindigi app, but it has been nothing short of a disappointment. The interface is clunky and not user-friendly at all. Navigating through the features feels like a chore, with frequent crashes and slow load times. The customer support is equally frustrating—getting a response takes forever, and when they do reply, it's often unhelpful. I also encountered numerous bugs, including incorrect transaction records and login issues. Not recommended
