They canceled my trip one hour and 30 minutes before my reservation. I asked for reimbursement and got an offer for around $1.30. Asked support to just refund and cancel my subscription. Previous experiences include 1) ZipCar moving my reservation to a different location as I'm staring right at the car I reserved 2) car not locking or unlocking due to bad signal, which will happen often if somewhat underground Overall, terrible service, sub-par cars, often smells of cigarettes.

I was charged $25 by Zip simply for entering my debit card info, without clicking 'activate membership' or checking the confirmation box. There was no clear warning that entering card details would result in an immediate charge. Customer service refused to refund me, calling it non-refundable. This is unfair and misleading, as I never even confirmed the membership. Extremely upset and disappointed by this practice!

I booked a car. I walked to the pick-up spot. The directions for locating the car were confusing. I looked high and low. It turns out, the car wasn't there! They assigned me a new car. The directions were even worse. How bad were they? The second car was in a parking garage that was literally next door to a building I lived in for three years. At least that car was there... But it was behind a fence I couldn't get around. I told customer support I would rather die than use their app again.
