Ratings and reviews

Although detours are posted on the app, maps are not posted to reflect the changes even when they have "see map" in the post. No physical signage posted at the bus stops so potential passengers are standing and waiting at the bus stop. When selecting see route, it only shows the normal route. If the MTA wants to keep its riders, it needs to step it up otherwise passengers will just rely on Uber, Lyft, taxis or other means of transportation.

I don't know what happened but this used to mostly work but in the last week it has become even worse. Does not work at all. Does not display any information on anything. I used to have my stations saved and subway lines saved. Not anymore. Doesn't let you add favorites. What happened???? Edit: newest version is terrible at accuracy of arrival time of buses. First it says the bus is only 4 minutes away then all of a sudden it jumps back to 8 minutes away. Like the bus disappeared?

Vertical scrolling (going thru stations in the route) is truly awful -- UI interprets anything a couple of degrees off perfect vertical as a swipe left or right. (It's not just my phone.) And app times are often inaccurate compared to the past -- easily off by as many as 2-3 minutes, and sometimes more. Buses supposedly arriving have in fact already left, etc. Prior UI in many ways much preferable -- eg you got to see most of route at once.
