App has been terrible since the update. Prior to it, there was no latency between the card making contact since the update. Since the update, there is now a delay between contact and launching the app. The latency can have me mistake that the phone is not scanning the card. As a result, I would remove the card and the app would attempt to scan. My Snapper is now unsuable. ADDENDUM: Placing the card only launches the app but no further.

For an app that is time critical and has heavy usage in terms of top-up this upgrade is a fail. Usability and user experience should be at the top of the list. It needs testing heavily. This app is more erratic, less sensitive in terms of the card & forces change in well established behaviour for no return. The UI is over sensitive in reagrds to the top up wheel and requires you to scroll up on my phone to complete actions. Design wise it looks nice but its impractical and frustrating.

This 3.0.1 update is absolutely useless on my phone. The NFC function required 20 attempts to read my card, never an issue with the old app. Once I finally got the card read, the UI was extremely hard to use as it was spread out too far. For example I couldn't see the buttons after picking a top up amount. I couldn't see the pin entry, hidden by the keyboard. Signing in, the prompt for password was hidden under the keyboard. It kept complaining about the connection, on Lambton Quay. Fail!
