This app is terrible. I'm not sure why they thought it was a good idea to change the whole app and make it to something that isn't usable. Is there even staff for app maintenance? because it definitely doesn't seem like it. 95% of the time it doesn't work and the only thing I see is "good afternoon" on the home screen. How am i supposed to keep track of monthly data usage. This new app also doesn't memorise your card so you have to enter it every time you top up. fix this bs Vodafone. I'm not paying for amateur mistakes like these.

"Sorry, we couldn't collect your information" is the message I get when I try to View detailed information after updating to version 7.1.1 on Pay & Go plan (pull down to refresh and Try Again does NOT work either) oh well yet another problem with this app I suppose! and it can take such a long time to get my account balance sometimes as the app is so slow :( I have had to uninstall and then reinstall this app many times to get it to even half work :( so many sad faces using this terrible app :(

Prepay app not working again. Won't top up. When it sometimes works it tops up from your account, but show on the app it did not go threw. Hana bot is is unhelpful. Have done unistalled and reinstalled app not difference. All theses problems should have been resolved by now. Have been with vodafone for 20+years. Thinking of moving to another Company.
