Locating the shuttle is very difficult as you can't call the driver for boarding point directions. also they cancel the shuttle and won't inform you till last minute. some times they will take seperate route without reaching your pick up point.they will leave before the starting time. and you can't cancel the ride. customer service is rude.never take pass. you wont be able to finish the rides. I have faced all the things. I am using it for the past 3 months just because I took the pass.

I couldn't board the shuttle at all for my first ride, inspite of waiting at the pickup point for a long time. The drivers were not arriving at the pickup point. While trying to cancel, I found the option not functioning. After having rescheduled my ride twice, I had to board a cab finally. Since I couldn't enjoy my first ride free of cost, so I must be given the option for another one.

The cancellation method of Shuttl is pathetic. The service provider can cancel any trip just before it starts, without any proactive alerts. It has troubled me a lot on couple of occasions. Also, when the passenger tries to cancel any trip it doesn't allow to, but only gives options to reschedule your ride and in case there's no subsequent ride available on same day, money get wasted. They do not bother to refund. Finally, the drivers move the shuttle prior to agreed time mentioned on the trip.
