There are outages on the app and the infrastructure doesn't seem to very stable at all. I get laggy behaviour, endpoints taking ages to respond, and I've been bombarded with multiple confirmation and error prompts when trying to book a class at my local club. Fingerprint reader is temperamental, I'm regularly logged out of sessions. The UX for the login screen needs work. Not sure which digital agency you guys got in to build this App, but you guys need to give them a GOOD telling off.

*Update on 26/06/24 - The app has been behaving much better for the last month or so. Occasionally a little slow to respond but none of the frustrating error messages - increased my rating from 1 to 4 stars* The app is well designed but difficult to use because it is so slow to load and frequently gives an error message of "oops something went wrong" before I've even tried to do anything (and when I have). The frequency of this error message and the slow loading make it a very frustrating app.

Not a bad wee app. Can book food on it, classes and the ability to do home classes. Seems to be a bug on it though. They try and get you to attend 6 times a month and award you a club badge. I went 6 times, the calendar shows this but it has registered for the badge. Not that it even says why you try and gain the badges. Nowhere does it highlight the benefits. Only annoying thing for me atm.
