Ratings and reviews

Not really great. So many bugs that never get sorted out. Lights work 75 percent of the time. Wireless cameras not dependable either, but separate wireless security (different brand) is. Get this if you like to repeat what you want. After several years of this, it gets tiring. Mainly used for time and weather. Easier to use You Tube for music and streaming movies.

It works fine when you want it to work. Unfortunately it also interrupts when you don't need it. It tries to "help" anytime it hears a keyword, and there are apparently random noises that it thinks are close enough. If the tv is on Alexa will be all excited to help. Crowd noise, same thing. I'll turn it off until I hear it's been improved.

WHY is there no button/option panel to assign songs from Spotify in alarms?? I am aware that you can ask your Echo to play a song when you wake up, but if you ask for a song with a similar title to a more popular song, it will automatically go for the popular song even when you specify the creator!! It's fine that the text to speech and AI isn't perfect, but AT LEAST make something so basic less of a hassle? You can't even reset temperature sensors when its bright light is stuck in reboot ring!
