The Cameras image is great. I was pleased with the app as well until now. It stopped recording the 12 sec 24 hr free event to the cloud storage. I am guessing they are trying to force you to subscribe to their plans. Wish I knew this would happen and wouldn't have bought more than one, but I loved their image quality. I am disappointed.

Honestly, the camera has a great quality picture. That problem with this camera is the app. I do not use the cloud for video storage, I use an SD Card, so obviously, I don't have a subscription to the cloud. I constantly have advertisements to purchase a subscription, with no option to stop them. The "Device" tab has an extra interface that is not an actual device but an advertisement. In an emergency, this particular item gets in the way of accessing the camera.

Overall it works ok, but the app is very frustrating. If you choose Event Recording, it's a pain to find/watch a specific clip. You must drag and from from the time-line, and as soon as you lift your finger it jumps to any other random time, it doesn't jump straight to the clip, or go from one to another.
