Everttime I try to do anything it takes me right back to the home screen. I try to chat won't let me. The new guide I got sucks! I hate all the channels that I DON'T HAVE but have to scroll thru. Used to have the numbers in order 3,4, and so on now they are all over on the TV guide. This app doesn't help me either when it keeps sending me back to the home page!

Again, this most recent update is broken too. Update is just terrible. Beyond terrible. It's horrible. Update lost login credentials after last update. App doesn't work, get 'page not found' for many links. Chat doesn't work, speed test won't run, and continually asks me to log in to continue. There is no reason for this, just poor planning by your team.

Awful. Let me use my local ip for modem/router settings again. This app is unresponsive, I wait about a minute every time I attempt switch menus if it loads at all, which requires a restart. Speaking of which, what makes it worse is I had to restart the app and sign in four times just to get past the login screen. It does not save device when the box is checked. Even getting to this review page was a nightmare.
