I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Cartlow. I placed an order on June 2, 2024, received it on June 8, and promptly requested a return. Despite the return being picked up on June 18, there has been no update in their system as of Jult 1st. I emailed their customer service but have yet to receive a response. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I hope Cartlow takes steps to improve their service.

I had a disappointing experience with CARTLOW: delayed delivery, incorrect product information, unhelpful customer service, and an unreachable contact number. This caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I hope they address these issues promptly. My delivery is significantly delayed and still pending. The product did not match the website description and quality. Customer service was unhelpful, and their contact number was difficult to reach.

not reliable. deliveries take forever and often the wrong or defective product. Ordered for the last time after the product I wanted never got delivered and the customer service team had no visibility on where and why it was delayed for over a week. Mind you the product is in the UAE and so am I. Update: 2months and still waiting for a refund for a product that was never shipped
