keeps logging me out when use fingerprint, says access denied why do I have to clear cache after an all update 8/24 app still buggy after update won't.load until clear cache and data yes the issue persist

The ‘Grade Connectivity’ and ‘3D Productivity’ optional plans under the ‘Performance -10 minutes’ and ‘PerformancePro’ base subscriptions, respectively, for VisionLink® , are now supported on additional device types.
