Needs Major Improvements!!! Used it 2 days ago to see the current warehouse savings, that doesn't work any longer...and that's just the beginning! You should have a POS tie-in so customers can see what is in specific warehouses instead making us jump around look for a certain item. Basically, download Sam's Club...look at it and learn. No, it's not perfect, but it a hell of a lot better than this piece of junk! Costco, you've put your version of Kirkland TP in an app, we want Charmin!!!

This application is not well-optimized for Android devices, and certain functionalities are exclusively available on iOS devices, such as the home screen widget feature. Intermittent malfunctions occur, and the loading time is excessively long, even on new devices with high-speed data connections. The in-store experience is significantly superior.

I don't know who is working on this app but it is absolutely terrible lately. You have five menu options at the bottom, one of which is for the account screen, arguably one of the most important sections of the app. For some reason they are written in the tiniest font you could imagine I didn't even notice it was down there after 5 minutes of trying to find my order information. Every single screen spins and takes forever to load. That's if it even loads and doesn't error out. Awful
