not able to log in through Mobile Banking, error message "Connection not secure". I'm using Airtel network & not wi fi. At the same time other Banks Mobile Banking working in same device. App is update. uninstall & instal done. Not able to Register, again same error message "Connection not secure".

After the 6th June 2025 update, the ESAF Bank app stopped working completely. Password, fingerprint login, and MPIN are all not functioning. This is the worst banking app I have ever used. Every update makes the app worse. Customer service has no idea how to fix it. Account support and even the bank manager are clueless. There is no proper technical support or guidance. The bank is going down in terms of technology. I am seriously thinking about changing my bank.

Can't download the latest version of Esaf bank mobile app since I got a message that states the app is not compatible with my device and thereby I'm not able to use your app. I am using a smartphone with Android 8.1. and doesn't your app support this version?
