Ratings and reviews

At first it was so convenient, so easy to use. Sending mony abroad is easy and within 5mins it is already processed. But for long I am using this app it is not that convenient anymore. Transfers take mostly an hour and so. No customer service also to follow up. It is not recommendable anymore

Very bas application , first you need to transfer your money to this apps there is already 7.33aed charge then after you put your money, it's always showing error when you try to send money abroad. Don't use this application, it's not friendly user and so many chargers is there

Terrible. I tried connecting my bank card to the e&money card, they took 1 dirham but didn't save card details. I tried 2 more times, they took 1 dirham each time and said card details are already saved even though it isn't. Sent money to the card through bank transfer 3 days ago and it's still not received (Even though it's already in their account). Contacted customer support, not connecting.
