App on cells is terrible. It shows my A52 is offline when it's on, it NEVER allows me to get ANY wifi information or wifi channel check, it gives some lame excuse. Cant attach Screenshots to show. Coming to Frontier has been 1 issue after another. The app giga chat is so slow. Also, I'm only getting speeds in the low 100's mbps, I have Fiber 2000, it says I have dsl, which isn't fiber. My S21 can handle speeds up to 980mbps, used your speed test, EXTREMELY SLOW, I'm paying for faster speeds

Terrible. Have never had a worse experience with an ISP. App is constantly losing my log in info. Had to change my pw nearly evertime i log in. Was promised 79.99 when i signed on. Soon bumped to 84.99 with no explanation or notice. Now I try to make a payment for last month(?) and it charges me for 2 months. And good luck trying to speak to a person to fix anything. Terrible automated phone systems.

The app was great when I 1st downloaded it. Now, since the update, I can't view my wi-fi information like I was able to before, it's trying to force me to do this eero stuff w/out me being able to see if it's something I want 1st, it keeps freezing, & I can no longer view all my account info. Please fix all this. It's a nightmare calling in & dealing with the automated system to talk to a person & it hangs up on me. It's even hard to use the virtual assistant because of the prompt responses.
