Ratings and reviews

The customer support never works. I paid full cancellation charges for my train and still the amount was deducted. The customer support constantly shows something is wrong, please try later. It has been showing the same response for three days straight and when I reached out to the customer care specialist they said it's a glitch and it never happens usually, but from what I see in the reviews, it's a very common problem for most people using this app.

I want to share my experience clearly: 1️⃣ The app did not mention that hotels may demand original hard-copy ID at check-in. 2️⃣ The app did not mention that hotels may ask for extra money beyond the booking amount. 3️⃣ After reaching the hotel, I faced difficulty checking in due to these missing instructions, and the hotel staff did not communicate properly. 4️⃣ Goibibo support was involved, but the experience wasted my time and caused significant stress.

Worst experience. I used this app ,They give lil bit more discount than others. But, if you want to cancel or reschedule your flight, I got response something went wrong. I selected full cancellation option. I am getting same response from last one day. There is no one to talk on call as well. No customer support. I used this for a year. Frequent traveler. Now I am really disappointed. The customer care call number is no operator to talk with us. and this side is book in group then flight operat
