I’m completely disappointed! I booked my train ticket using the GoConform option — in the end, my ticket got auto-cancelled, they even charged a cancellation fee, and I didn’t receive the 2x refund as per their so-called policy. Later, I booked another ticket with GoConform — out of 5 ticket, 3 went into RAC and 2 remained in WL, not even RAC, despite paying extra! And once again, no 2x refund! What’s the point of paying extra for a feature that clearly doesn't deliver what it promises?

the worst app and the experience. not allowing to connect with an executive. I had booked a flight ticket and didn't get the e-ticket immediately, got a message that the e-ticket will be issued in 3 hrs, but got auto cancelled. the refund is initiated but with the deduction. if I haven't initiated the cancellation why I should be penalized. I request to refund 100%

very worst experience. I have tried to book ticket for next week . but ticket got booked on the same day traveling bus.and they are not even willing to change the travelling date also. I booked and cancelled the ticket within 30 minutes.but there is no refund also given as per their ridiculous policy. they can allow me to book the ticket after 12 pm for the same day travelling bus. but cancellation won't give any refunds.
