Usability leaves MUCH to be desired. You have to re-log in every single time you use the app, which means every. time. if you're using it and hit the back button too many times when trying to navigate thru all the menus? Logged out. it also never updates your reservation with any changes, so your primary method to interact with the resort never looks correct if changes were made. Menus are hard to read cuz they're pdfs. Tables for the adventure pass differences don't format correctly.

As others have reported, the app requires me to log in each time I use it, which is especially frustrating when I have to wait for an emailed MFA code. I was ordering Dunkin today, got a text from my wife to get an additional item, and then switched back... Gotta go through the login all over again. 🙄 It worked fine before I got here. The QR code didn't work for checking in. Maybe it was confusing my cabana reservation for my room reservation? After check in, the app requires login every time.

Used to work fine (as recently as 3 months ago), but downloaded again for a trip this week and now have to re-login every time I open it. Any notifications from the app require log in & then you can't find the info or the promo is gone. There's no way to check your dining credit balance as you go. Otherwise it seems OK for getting basic info about hours, messaging front desk or ordering food to pick up.
