Advance limits are based on your account activity and balance(s), your direct deposits, your history of timely Advance repayments, your income and tax refund projections, and other risk-based factors. Your eligibility and Advance limit are evaluated regularly and may change at any time. You may only take one Advance at a time. Grid does not offer loans or credit products. There is no APR, no finance charge, and no loan obligation.

Ratings and reviews

The way they go about bank and card connection is incredibly infuriating. In order to swap your bank account or even to change the card you have to provide the transaction amounts for three transactions on your account, and for whatever reason it says you're wrong even though I'm looking directly at my own account, and then it tells you to talk to customer support. There's no number to call, and when I talked to a person they just left me on delivered. Great job guys, truly a waste of my time

If you are looking for a small advance, please do not install, or use this app. it's buggy, it'll take forever or many attempts to connect your bank, the subscription fee is up front, which is difficult to cancel right away, and their customer service is primarily automated. If you're looking for a little scratch, ditch these fools, it's not worth your time.

Worked once then they just stole my money. I received one advance and paid it back on time. I tried to take another one which processed for days and never arrived. when I contacted support they told me I had a $25 balance, that I could find nowhere on the app. On the day my subscription was due they took $24 out of my account, support offered no explanation and just kept saying they would escalate it to their other support team. It's quickly turned into a scam and I doubt I'll get my money back.
