Very unprofessional drivers. I have made a total of 5 journeys with Heetch and I've only encountered unprofessional behaviours from all drivers that I've never, or rarely encountered with Uber. The drivers will accept your ride, and then refuse to pick you up at the pick up location. Or accept the ride and then not move for 10 whole minutes because they're '' busy ''. They've honestly been to the limits of my patience. It is cheaper than Uber. But with worse services.

Be careful of hidden prices! You might think that you are using heetch to save money compared to other appy. But, if there is traffic in the way, they update the fare and you end up paying more. I tried to write them about this. But, they never responded.

This service doesn't work in Brussels. Drivers cancel rides at least 3-4 times before finding someone who makes you the "favour" of bringing you to your destination, which means wasting 20-30 mins every time. Often, they also pretend they can not find you. Not to mention the terrible driving skills of some drivers. Avoid using this app in Brussels!
