Ratings and reviews

I love the theaters but every time I try to use this app to buy food it's glitchy or confusing I can't order. This past weekend I was trying to put an order in for about 15 minutes before I decided just to not get anything. I know there's a good chance it's an error of some kind on my part but they certainly didn't make anything convenient or simple to use- for me at least. Not the first time and everyone i know personally has the same problems. still love the theaters

Overall I haven't had any issues with the apps usability (at least not yet.) However I don't love the fact that in order to utilize the app I am forced to turn on notifications. I know this is a minor inconvenience, but it is annoying that if I want to purchase tickets through the app I must go through the process of turning the notifications on as there is no way I want to leave the notifications on as they send them multiple times a day. I argue it should be optional and not required.

After the entire 30 minute drive to the theatre, and the first 10 minutes of my movie, I finally gave up on eating. No matter what I did I could not order anything on the app and it would not take any payment from me. Recurring issue that I know others have. I really hope to see this issue addressed since it is an enjoyable experience to go to these theatres otherwise.
