The sound is exceptional, BUT after 30 minutes of use, a warning stops what I'm playing and says, "To use this feature, make sure your app is running and can access the internet". My app is running and is obviously connected to the internet because I am streaming (podcast, music, YouTube, etc). This is so annoying. I think I have narrowed the cause the magic button feature, which I have no need for and will never use. I will never buy this brand again because of it.

This app is great when it works. After a few days of using it, it allows me to turn the speaker on, but then says it can't connect. I have had to factory reset my speaker twice to get this app to work again. I'm not sure if this is just an android thing or if this happens on apple phones as well. Either way, this needs to get looked at by the developers and get patched. I'd like to use this app all the time, but I can't. I don't want to factory reset my speaker every week just to use the app.

I use this to switch the eq settings depending on if I'm listening to music or podcasts or whatever, but more often than not, this app won't connect to the speaker to change it. Even though my phone is connected to the speaker and is playing music through my phone. It's barely functional. I've had to unpair and pair it to my phone multiple times, and even that doesn't always get it to connect most times. Now my speaker is stuck to the podcast eq and I can't change it back.

Hi Jacob. Could you try a factory reset for and see if that fixes your issue? To do so you'll need to hold the volume down button and the power button until you hear a chime.
