I have installed this app on my new phone as it was not compatible with my older version. However while logging in for thr first time, it asks for OTP. But despite pressing on the screen numerous times, the keyboard menu does not show up. This is very frustrating as i cannot login either through my old phone or the newer one. Everytime i have to use my laptop for onlune transactions. Update: Reps from ABL got in touch and the issue has been resolved. Thankyou for your prompt response.

I am using two different banking apps, but myABL is the worst among them. The server of the app is always down. Additionally, you have to activate all the services through an automated call, which takes 2-3 days to successfully activate one service. You have to follow the same steps for every service, even though these are not additional services-all other banking apps provide them without any confirmation. With other apps, you just have to activate the digital banking app and then you can use

The recent update has given this app a brand new fresh look. The items that are frequently used are now easy to find. The ministatement 's debit and credit are coloured. The final confirmation of online transfers is better now. The confirmation slip should mention the receiving banks name and logo.
