Not having to wait through the regular line is nice. I wish they processed debit/credit transactions faster. Sometimes, it takes several days, and it's thrown my account off balance. The food is generally good, as is the service, and the speed. Any time there has been an issue, management took care of it promptly and usually gives a little extra.

The new app functions well, but they completely removed the coupons. The older version had tons of great coupons, which was my main motivator for eating at Checkers. Removing these coupons is incredibly anti-consumer, and I don't plan on eating there again, despite having done so dozens of times over the years. Very disappointing to see this move.

The app had been running on a system fresh out of 2010 until this last update. Not all items were listed on the menu, the interface was buggy, and it was a pain to use but somehow this new update made it worse. The UI looks better, sure, but now orders go through DoorDash, which just confuses everyone. I’m not sure which higher-up made that decision, but fire them ASAP lol. Plus, you can’t even see your rewards anymore. The bar was already low, and it got worse.
