About this app

EconTool — OBD2/ELM327 scanner for most cars
Connects via OBD2/EOBD/JOBD and, for some brands, uses original
manufacturer protocols with extended features.

The application has a unique feature to create any variation of the dashboard (using CarWebGuru Launcher).

For Nissan owners:
Supports gasoline engines CG, CR, GA, HR, KA, MR, QG, QR, SR, RB, TB,
VE, VG, VQ, VH, VK.
Up to 90% of the capabilities of the original NC3P scanner.
Access to AT (RE4, RE5), CVT (RE0F06+), ABS, SRS, and many other units.

For Toyota owners:
Works via the original Toyota protocol with 0.5-second update time for
all parameters at once.
Supports active tests — control of fan relay, fuel pump, and other
devices.

For all cars:
- Universal OBD2 operation.
- Add custom PIDs from other apps (e.g., Torque Pro).
- Advanced trip computer (mileage, fuel consumption, temperatures, etc.).
- On-top widgets over any applications.
- Trip logging and viewing (graph mode, CSV export).

Seemed to only show the most basic information (without paying for modules) and android was constantly suspicious of it and kept trying to timing it out. In the world of ODB2 messages ideally you would want to see that it was able to work with the messages from your car (as the manufacturers try to not to share them) so the "heh, just rust me and give me your money" combined with it being coded in a way that Android doesn't like is not ideal.

i.e. the main reason is that the app is paid? I hope you work for free:)

1st impressions WOW. Way more pids than the other free apps. So far I love it. Will take some time to figure out what's what, but for a free app, this is awesome. Connected to my ELM327 once I figured out the correct obd2 profile as I have a few.

What's new

- a large package of optimizations for Teyes CC3
\n - added the ability to autostart Yandex Music, because I was tired of workarounds (works when launched via CWG).
- updated ETHelper 1.05 (requires reinstallation, the old version no longer works)
- added a paid module for extended CWG integration.
- added the D4CB (KIA) internal combustion engine protocol.
