Our Shell app Station Locator lets you find petrol stations which are near you, with the products and services you want.
Whether it’s a specific product like Shell v-Power Diesel, Shell Hydrogen, Shell V-Power unleaded, or a service such as car wash, ATM, disability assistance, electric vehicle charging, Waitrose shop, Pay at Pump, you can narrow down to the stations that suit you and see when they’re open.

Carbon offset programme
You have the opportunity to offset your carbon by protecting and replanting forests. Simply join Shell GO+, opt in to the Carbon Offset programme via the Shell app and scan the Shell app when you purchase fuel. The carbon emissions from the fuel purchases will then be offset for you by Shell. We'll be asking for a small contribution of only 1.5 pence per litre extra during each fill up. Just remember to scan your Shell GO+ card when you purchase your fuel. We will calculate the lifecycle CO2 emission rates from your fuel purchases and buy and retire appropriate amount of carbon credits that protect and restore nature.

Ratings and reviews

Rarely works properly. Offers appear, with redeem by dates but despite selecting to redeem now and scanning the app, nothing happens. You just get the shop assistant saying 'Yes, that happens a lot.' Eventually the use by date will pass and as a customer you've gained nothing.

Waiting 10 refills to get a petrol reward is quite standard. But having a reward being given after refilling so much and it only being £1.20 off the whole thing is crazy. Why not just give off money per litre instead? The prices are already higher than most places anyway? Other rewards are good, the rewards focused on food/drink and other items are great. Just wish the fuel reward was better.

Been using this app for a while, buying V-Power using PayAtPump. All good, until today. Turned up at Station, went to access app as usual, - Logged Out! I couldn't remember my password, the Shell WiFi didn't kick in, spent a few moments fumbling around with the phone trying to find my passwords, gave in, and drove off! Why did the app sign me out? So annoyed, and now I have to go back again (a couple of miles drive) to get the fuel. Disappointed! Edit: and no response to THIS Review!
