At first I would still let this pass as long as the app works but now, not only is it slow, despite it being verified for Budi95, option turned on, the app has the gals to secretly charge my payment in full? Nice try, but probably never again. A complete disgrace compared to Setel with a for more efficient and transparent process.

I followed your instructions on Budi 95, but I was fully charged without the subsidiary. There was a staff who helped me to use the app, still I was charged fully. after several attempts of trying to reach out to your call centre and was put on hold all the times for more than 20 mins. I am utterly disgusted with your poor app feature and access to customer service. I have been using Shell for more than 20 years and today u will losses a loyal customer.

Extremely disappointed with the app. I linked my Budi95 account with TNG, but the app still charged me the full pump price of 2.63. It's frustrating that Shell can't seem to provide this feature. If the app can't deliver on its promises, maybe it's better to stop showing these features to the public. This wastes the time and money of those who truly need the subsidies.
