Stick to it to the best you can and you will see improvement. I went from 0 to 9 in just a couple of weeks. Barely consistent. All my life, I could not do any. Dont get me wrong. Its very hard at first, especially if you've never had back or arm muscles... however, I am doing an everyday the arm and chest workout app in conjunction...so I guess pick up one of those too.

No way to view where you are in the program. I like the warm up and after workout stretching, but what's really missing is the ability to see where you are once you start the program. Also, many other apps like this present a calendar view to display your pass workouts, to mark days that you have exercised.

Good useful app. Needs improvements. Please allow editing,deleting on history and or ability to add extra onto a workout, also would be much better if all the days training was added together on the same day as opposed to logging seperately for say a test and a workout, looks messy
