Normally I'm not one to rate an app so quickly, but I tried this app right after a full-body workout tonight. As per my usual, I had a weird headache/nausea mix after the workout, but by the time I finished this app's workout, it was all gone. Maybe it's a fluke, but nothing I've done has ever made it disapate so fast and completely so whatever the correlation is, I'll take it. Aside from that, this seems like a streamlined, clear app.

Pros: I could feel my (left) eye discharging tension as I did the exercises. I didn't realize how much stress my left eye had been holding. Definitely a very helpful app. Cons: I would like to see a note at the end of the exercise encouraging the continuation of the exercises by expanding the range of motion. I. E., repeat the exercises using the corners of a book or room, and not just the corners of the phone.

This is a very simple and effective application. I spend a lot of time on the computer and phone. As a result, by the evening, one eye became tired - sometimes it takes a long time to focus, and the picture is not sharp. I practiced for a couple of weeks (twice a day), and the fatigue went away. After that, I practiced for another two weeks, and that was enough for about a year. The only thing is, I went to the doctor, and they found no problems with my vision.
