I almost didn't download this app due to the negative reviews, but decided to try it out. Unlike what everyone else states, it didn't have any problems in showing me my ticket and all my trip details, plus it saved them for quick access in the future. I haven't used it to buy tickets, but for accessing tickets I already bought it performed flawlessly. I don't know if this is due to some recent update or something else, but I thought it was only fair to post this. Will update if anything changes.

I've been using the ouigo app for about a year now, travelling about twice a month on average. The app is nice. There are occasional glitches, especially when updates come around. But overal it makes ouigo travel pretty straightforward. Better with than without.

My payment was declined a couple of times until I realized that they don't accept credit cards issued in other countries (Ukraine). I haven't found any mentions of that on their website. Nice. It took me a lot of time to top up my friend's bank account. Eventually, I overpaid 23 EUR due to fare increase and lost a lot of time. Great user experience.
