Ratings and reviews

The app is clumsy and convoluted. The booking vs ticketing vs train company account vs loyalty membership account doesn't make any sense. On top of that it has options to link physical card memberships to online accounts which offer something totally different... Very bad implementation....

The trains in France require that you have a ticket. Trying to have it send I'll take it to the phone screen is virtually impossible and none of the train workers knew how to work with it.

Got a phone in English and it works. However it changes the screen brightness in a really weird way... Pushing the brightness to see the qrcode is a nice idea, but why decrease it all the way on other pages ?
