The App used to be good. I sent the money. Wise got paid and sent me a request to accept a lower rates as they took 5 days to complete ✅ the transfer. They have replied blaming on someone else. The question is not about the time taken. Is about the fact that they changed the exchange rates after I submitted the transfer. After submitting my transfer, If the rates are higher, the keep the extra profit. If the rates are lower, they passed the difference to the sender. That is not right.

Used to be amazing, still the best on the market. But transfer times have slowed way down in the last few years. I used to reliably get my money within 72 hours - now it's a week+ for every transaction. Customer support is no help, & the best advice I've gotten has been to delete all my banks and reconnect them. I'm sure I'll get around to doing it someday, but I'm so frustrated that if there was a better option I'd switch in a heartbeat. Edit: dropped down to 1 star after that insane reply

Experienced having to take many selfies in order to prove my identity. Even after I had successfully photographed my valid driver's license front and back. I understand the caution security needs. And while this redundancy doesn't bother me much, I can only imagine the uproar from some folks. I'm an old timer. And I forget where I experienced this, but I especially liked the security questions, that no one has the answer to, except for the applicant.
