Please please fix bugs for you apps. Click n collect is not suppose to be this difficult. App is always lagging, glitched. Checking out has always been annoying. Already chose which store to pick up but was asked to do it again and there's no stores listed. Just blank page. In a nutshell, not user friendly enough. Make it simple please.

Worst experience Downloaded the app so I can buy some things online. The app is okay just the service option is worst. You cannot collect the purchase item any other place in selangor and Kuala lumpur apart from klia 2. For people living in selangor and Kuala lumpur you can only collect from the klia 2 branch which is very far for some people. Imagine traveling to klia 2 just to collect. It's frustrating. Please improve your collection place. Take a leaf from your competitors.

App experience & flow is not great. Too much pop up ads in the beginning & when you try to click more ads come up. Does not show full catalogue of items when you visit a specific brand; instead, you have to scour it yourself. Live chat section is also not user friendly, it will not show what you are typing as it is hidden by the keyboard. Bottom line it's just not user friendly.
