The new layout is AWFUL. It's slow. Trying to navigate the top menus feels like a chore because sometimes your clicks don't register. Update also didn't save my card and delivery details. Also, where did the "contactless delivery" option go and texts?? UPDATE: Now when I place an order, the app freezes, and charges my card but gives me no delivery information?????

The people and the food are totally fine. No one did anything, but the way the app is set up is atrocious. Can't see half of the options, and when you go to up your card information in, you gotta click on it. Then you gotta make sure your phone number is correct. Oh, and if you want certain deals, they do pop up in the deals tab, but for example, the whole melt with a 20z drink doesn't properly discount and doesn't show up in your order tab. It's incredibly frustrating, but again, just the app.

This new app update is terrible. Things don't load, there are no ingredients listed for anything, you can't customize many of the items, it is much harder to understand the menu... I absolutely wish we would just leave well enough alone. I tried to click the rate app button... It doesn't go anywhere. It took me six tries to get my order to go through. I also no longer can save payments and I can no longer easily track my order. I would love to see this go back to being a user friendly app.
