App freezes constantly. Resets settings at will. App in incapable of holding pre-sets. Question: is there any purpose for this app whatever. It really seems best at using storage and memory. It most certainly does not do anything to improve the function of my hearing aids. Junk. Note. "Tell us more (optional)" - if the page were to ever finish loading, I'd love to but there's a blue circle that just goes round and round and round. This app is trash

It seems to always override my settings. When I use them for my phone, the volume is so low I can barely hear it. I can't turn it up anymore. Also if I video call my grandson, the Bluetooth doesn't or will not work. It's very confusing to say that least with very little support . Offers no way to see if my hearing aids are paired and I always lose the left connection. I know the hearing aid is ok, I can hear. Maybe there were recent updates that is causing issues?

It's horrible. It will always override your selection. You can be on the bluetooth on the truck, and it will switch over to the hearing aides. The phone will be on the cradle, and the screen is locked. Hearing aids will be on a charger, and it will override your headset and connect to the hearing aids in the charger. Called the help desk. . They suggested deleting and re-adding the priority of my preference. I didn't make a difference. Multiple ways. Forgot to mention it goes to mono often
