About this app

MyChart gives you access to your test results, appointment information, current medication, immunisation history, and more on your mobile device.

With MyChart you can:
• View your health information
• Stay in touch with your doctor
• Manage your appointments
• Access your family's health information

You must first create an account through your healthcare provider in order to access your information through MyChart. If your healthcare provider is not listed, or if you require support accessing your existing account, contact them directly about accessing your account through the MyChart app.

What a wonderful Application (so far...). It is super easy to navigate. It is also nice to see test results almost immediately, without making numerous phone calls, but never getting called back...it even has a history section that prompts you through it. It has a medical library attached as well, so you can use layman terms for any health conditions, and the App gives you choices. It also has two different 'share' buttons, one for loved ones (like a child, spouse), and another one for doctor.

This really is a great app! I can keep up with of my children's appointments as well as mine at the same time. Really cool. Love it! EDIT: I've used the app for a few yrs now and I still love it. The only negative thing is that I get really annoyed using the video visit. Takes forever to "check in". Have to answer the same questionnaire every single time. One of my dr.s, I have to answer the questionnaire multiple times, it's just reworded in each one. I had to take a star for that. 🫤

A great medical app to use and keep up with your appointments, test results, blood work test results, easy to check-in for upcoming appointments, as well as making payments for the appointments, and more. It's an excellent way to communicate with your Healthcare providers as well. It's easy to navigate and make updates on your personal information. I love the app.

What's new

You can now set up two-factor authentication with an authenticator app, and can confirm surgical appointments using eCheck-In or text messaging. These features might become available to you after your healthcare organisation starts using the latest version of Epic.
