Ratings and reviews

I've enjoyed this app for years. But--in addition to banner ads with every article, the full page apps pop that up after every four or five stories are getting more and more obnoxious. Some of these can't be dimissed for 10-15 seconds, effectively seizing control of my phone for that time. F--- that. I understand the need to advertize to support free apps, but it's still my phone. Uninstalled.

this used to be a very good app. but because of greed has a lot of very annoying ads. just now an ad as soon as app is opened with loud annoying music - even though the sound on my phone was off. closed the app and the music continued. had to reboot phone to get music to stop. I've had this app installed for several years, deleting it now.

Junk. Carries CCP bought lies. Good bye. Used to be great. Then they started pop up ads. Now the ads have taken over. It's bad enough that the articles are full of ads, and now pop ups that crash out. I understand the need to make a profit, but maybe 1 ad when the app is opened, instead of every time an article is opened.
