Ratings and reviews

The app is good, but I noticed something that you need to fix. For instance when searching for laptops there is a summarised description and then after the store info additional description that the seller provides. On the website you can click "show more", but on the app it is not available, and this makes it quite frustrating for me because I have to constantly keep going back to the website to get the additional description which is often times very vital. So please fix this. Thanks.

I started using jiji after google trader closed business in Nigeria. This must be the worst version of the app yet. You're not allowed to edit ads even ads you've paid to boost. The support will not let you transfer the boost to a new ad since you can't edit the one with the boost. It is like people are being discouraged from paying for the service now.

The app platform is nice, the only issue is when you call the sellers majority of them tell you the advart has been there for long time and the product price has increase. Jiji should find a way to update all advert every three days with current price from seller, or the advert should not be posted if sellers fails to update their prices.

What's new
