Good app with lots of workouts. The fee wasn't cheap, but it's an investment, just like one's health. The app needs two features. The first is some sort of feedback when the user taps save after finishing an exercise, to show that the app registered the tap. I learned the hard way after my workout that tapping save was not optional. Secondly, point out the above to the user because it isn't immediately obvious. Maybe that's common sense, but obviously some users will not think to do it. Good app overall.

I just did my first workout with it. I love the instruction and moving pictures it gives along with a detailed description of how to perform the workout. Only thing that needs improvement is I'd like to hear a beep when the time runs out so I know when to stop rather than having to look at my phone constantly. Great mini workouts though which as a busy mom of 3 is super helpful.

I like it but it also annoys me for one small reason. In order for your reps to be counted you have to let the time clock roll completely through then actually put in how many reps you did and save, per exercise. I suppose it makes you accountable, shows that you are present, but still annoying. *edit* I figured out what I did wrong. I love it!
