I have just added the app to a new phone. Cannot authenticate is the error. Very frustrating that a branch could not even assist. 1 month later still not working. Clearly the app does not work. Their app team has not even been able to assist

Serious problem on this app, if you download it, you can't log it again. It is difficult to take your picture. Everyone is complaining about this app. Don't answer me because the one way to do it is to fix your app. It isn't everyone who has time to go to the nearest branch just to open an app on the phone. This is a great failure for your IT members. Thank you

Easy and does what you think. More like i get what i have always wanted from a bank app. The speed and data usage is good. I went through other comments and i agree with them. If i can, may say from "observation". Switching the phone off/restart maybe once a week help to refresh phone memory and since, mine stopped giving errors and so to my other app's. Hope that mite help.
