While this app works well every time I want to refuel, my only gripe is the inflexibility of the payment method. Unlike Setel, this app does not have the feature for me to choose the type of payment method at the time of refueling, such as the credit card of my choice. Instead, I need to navigate to the payment menu and select my preferred card as "default" every time I want to refill. This is both troublesome and time consuming. Shell needs to address this issue.

This is the worst app even though I installed the app for the first time but it is showing blocked user detected and i contacted there customer service number but there was no response from it and there waiting time was nearly 5 to 10 mins even after that there was no response from them.

I am pleasantly surprised by the app's "Transactions" screen's [Filter] button. It can even return transaction history 3 years ago as long the range is at most 3 months apart. Great job. "BLINK" app could only do 20 most recent, how shameful. Too bad they were slow in accommodating the app for the BUDI95 policy. But slow is better than never, hope the longer time of developement yields a better UI/UX to us.
