I really like the app for having some help because there is no DBT around it is just a little confusing and I really don't feel like you should have to pay for it for the skills or lessons as they call it it's like they give you situations and talk about the skills but if you want to learn them you have to pay just kind of messed up plus it was really slow and kicks you off a lot don't know if that would change if I paid for it or not

This app has been pretty helpful in allowing me to track and share my progress with my DBT therapist. My therapist and I are a bit frustrated with the app because I need to track when certain behaviors are at a zero. I have tried to do this everyday for months and it tracks the zero values pretty inconsistently. If there was a fix for this issue, the app would be exactly what I need.

I dislike the dairy entries. Using a slide scale that you have to touch, hold and drag where everything is so small it's covered by my finger I can't see what I'm inputting. I feel like it would be okay if there also an alternative way to put in numbers or even the "good, okay, bad"(other apps do both). I just feel like it should also be mentioned that it would be especially annoying to people who have difficulty with thier hands. Many people with chronic pain or disabilities need access to dbt
