This app is *so* slow. I couldn't place my order the other night, so I decided I would do it today. I open the app and it just keeps spinning on the cart page for an entire minutes because items that were sold out and I still had to remove them from my cart. 20 items, every click took a good 20-30 seconds to catch up and remove my items. I gave up after half. It's quicker for me to just walk to the closest bath and Body Works. No car, just walk. Maybe crawl. Same amount of time.

I really enjoy the site app. For the majority, it is easy to navigate on the phone, but there are some limitations and issues I have been noticing. I absolutely love the ability to favorite items, but it would be a nice touch to add separate lists and be able to label them. An issue I have been experiencing for months is the app crashing any time I leave it. Checking that my information is correct or looking up something while the app is open, freezes it up.

The app is ok, but I don't like the Cart feature. I wish you had an option to "Save for Later" so I can easily make note of something I want to buy eventually but not at the moment. I also wish there was a feature to "Empty Cart" or a way to remove items from the cart faster. Whenever I have to remove a few things (not available for shipping, etc) it takes way too long to remove each item. Also a way to change everything at once to Pickup or Shipping instead of individually-again, takes too long
