By far one of the best purchases I have ever made. There are no ads, confidentiality is guranteed, and the AI features are neat. I haven't used it for too long, but it has helped tremendously with cognitive awareness, and relief from stressful events. My only real complaint is that the app feels a bit lackluster, as if it's not finished. I hope to see more things added, and I recommend buying the subscription if not simply to support the team!

I really like this app, but writing about deep and painful emotions made me relive these emotions, and though th AI response was adequate, I was left wanting a much warmer, empathic and embracing response. The AI gives a very neutral response. I guess it's hard to get the same experience as you would with a therapist, but I found it tricky because I wanted someone to challenge my negative thought patterns. It's great and I think/hope it could be improved. Maybe I'm wrong, but it's how I felt.

it has been helpful for me in adjusting my effortless self loathing thoughts to self acceptance and this has had positive effects on my relationships with myself and others. a suggestion i have is to make the cognitive distortion list accessible outside the automatic thoughts diary, like on a page of its own, so it can be accessed while doing a 3 column exercise outside the app. apologies if it already exists, i haven't been able to find it outside the diary.
